Honda Powers off Formula 1 Team
The meltdown in the global auto sector has another casualty. Honda is pulling out of Formula One and has announced that the 2008 season will be its last. It is looking to sell the team by the end of the year and if cannot manage to do that, the F1 team will be simply shut as Honda will pull the plug according to a statement issued by Honda’s CEO Takeo Fukui.
